How do I book an appointment?
Use my online booking link in the services tab to select your service, date, and time.
Do you require a deposit?
I don’t require a deposit because I value trust and flexibility for my clients. All I ask is that you respect my time by giving me at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Each appointment at Rituals Skin Co. is a dedicated moment set aside for you. If your plans change, please let me at least 24 hours’ in advance so another client can enjoy that time. Late changes or no-shows will be subject to a fee.
How often should I come in?
For most clients I recommend every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy balanced skin. This timing follows your skin renewal cycle, allowing us to address concerns and keep your results consistent. I’ll help you create a schedule that works for your lifestyle and skin goals.
Before Your Hydrafacial.
How do I prep for my facial or HydraFacial®?
• Avoid exfoliants, retinol, and peels for 3–5 days prior
• Let me know if you’ve had recent injectables or sunburn
• Come with clean skin if possible
Is it safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, you’ll need to wait until you’re not breastfeeding/pregnant

Can you help with acne?
Yes- I create a custom treatment plan to calm inflammation, reduce breakouts, and support your skin barrier. This must be done with consistency in both treatments and home care.
Redness or Sensitive ?
I specialize in calming, barrier-repair facials that soothe irritation. We will review your home care to eliminate sensitizing products
Products & Ingrediants
Do I need to stop using Retinol before my appointment?
Yes! Please pause any retinol, prescription acne products, and strong exfoliants 5 days before your treatment. This helps prevent sensitivity and ensures your skin is in its best condition to receive the facial.
When will I see results?
Many see an immediate glow but for bigger goals like acne or pigmentation, I’ll recommend a treatment plan for results.
